We have monolayer and multilayer blown extruder lines, a wide range of cutting/confection machines, flexographic printing machines and laminating machine. ATE PLAST OOD was founded in 1994 and has more than 27 years of experience in the production of foils and packaging. Our first multilayer extrusion line was installed in 2003 and currently the company's production capacity is 15,000 tons / year. In 2013, the company opened a second new plant for flexible printed and laminated packaging in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. By 2022, the production of printed packaging will expand to a capacity of 3,500 tons / year. We sell nearly 70% of production in the European Union and Europe, in more than 30 countries, over 1000 customers.
Since the establishment of ATE PLAST" OOD, we are focused on optimizing production processes, the most efficient use of raw materials and environmental protection.
We have modern equipment and machines from world market leaders. We are work with leading suppliers of inks, adhesives and foils that are not manufactured by the company, such as BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, ALU and CPP.
ATE PLAST OOD meets all standards for the food industry. We have introduced a quality management system ISO 9001: 2008, environmental management system ISO 14001: 2004 and the BRC Global Packaging standard for packaging and packaging materials. To continuously improve the quality management system, we have our own laboratory.
ATE PLAST OOD has developed with its quality and service as a leading supplier to a number of Bulgarian and foreign partners in the food industry. Among our main clients in Bulgaria are: Zagorka AD, Kamenica AD, Yadki Detelina EOOD, Pobeda AD, Smart Organic AD, Bella Bulgaria AD, Interpred Partner AD, Simid Sofia ЕООD, Mlin 97 AD, Shiderov EOOD, Delcom- National Ltd., Suiko Ltd., Balkam Group AD and others.
Nearly 50% of the printed production is for export to Europe. Our foreign customers are producers of frozen foods, pasta and meat products.
